The biggest enemy of our skin health is our behavior!
The behavior includes, but is not limited to, drinking almost no water, covering our skin with toxic chemicals, fueling our body and mind with chronic episodes of stress, getting only 5 hours of SLEEP, and consuming 2 or more OTCs a day. We purchase dead lifeless foods from our the grocers, consume fake fats from a microwave, and choke down fast-food takeout. These habits leave us feeling lethargic and toxic from overexposure to pesticides, chemicals, and drugs, lurking in our food and water supply.
If this sounds like your life, you can never eat enough, get enough, or feel enough. You may feel malnourished in all that you do. If your game is sugar, caffeine, and cigarettes you can’t sleep or make important decisions. By the end of the week you may feel sick, tired and fat.
Poor habits can sabotage our immune system, brain, gut, and skin at the same time..eventually leaving all systems begging for help!!!
Don’t buy into the belief that there is nothing you can do….because there is.
