Adding Color to your Plate

Color Matters. It has been proven that adding colorful foods to our plates can help us with weight loss.  Digestion begins when we see and smell foods.   However our eyes aren’t trained to see blue and think hunger.  Seeing the color blue is an appetite suppressant.  Weight loss plans include putting very colorful foods on our plate including blue.  These can include blueberries, raspberries , red cabbage, kale and blackberries.
